The Southcentral Michigan Planning Council (SMPC) is a governmental entity. It is one of 14 State Planning and Development Regions in Michigan.
11Web’s mission was to create a modern, sophisticated gray and yellow design. We aimed to make it easy to find key information and understand what SMPC does.
The organization continues to update the site with meeting minutes and agendas.
Site launched October 2013.
